If your food delivery app has yet again delivered ice-cream that has begun to resemble milkshake, it’s time to bring the whisk out and whip up some ice cream for yourself.
All you need is three ingredients (cream, condensed milk and the flavouring ingredient) and some patience while you let the ice-cream mixture freeze overnight.

While the recipe calls for heavy cream, you can also use whipping or fresh cream. Make sure the cream is chilled before you whip it. Ideally cream with more than 30% percent fat works best.
One of our favourite flavour in ice-cream is coffee.
The texture is creamy and the condensed milk, offset by the cream, adds a mild sweetness that will not offend your palate. You can be assured unlike the other ‘Covfefe’, this ‘easy-to-make’ recipe will not end up a disaster.
