Founder and CEO of The Chocolate Spoon Company, Chef Rachel Goenka has taken very little to achieve a whole lot. The young entrepreneur learned her ropes under celebrity chef Rachel Allen in the Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, and then continued on to master her craft at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, London, specializing in patisserie, which, over the years, has turned out to be her forte and the very reason we all hold her dearly. If all of this wasn’t enough, she is also the youngest member of the Management Committee of the National Restaurant Association of India.
