Chef Saransh Goila, also known as the Butter Chicken Badshah after his version of this celebrated dish was featured on Master Chef, is, at 32, the youngest Celebrity Chef in the list of Top 10 Chefs in India!. He was also recognized amongst the top 100 Future Tycoons of India by Facebook last year.
A true Glocal Millenial, Chef Saransh has travelled the world discovering cuisines and cultures through one of his popular digital shows Run to Eat, and has worked with Visit Britain, Visit Australia, Singapore Tourism, Visit Mauritius, Bahrain Tourism Board, Emirates etc. He also traversed India on a road trip covering 20,000 kms in 100 days to discover India’s rich food heritage, an effort that earned him a place in the Limca Book of Records. His experiences on this journey are documented in his book ‘Indian on My Platter’- a Food Travelogue.
